Nichols; his assistantship to visiting professors Vilhelm F. K. Bjerknes, Hendrik A. J. Thomson, presumably at Harvard University; three letters, 1895-1896, to Eben Alexander (1851-1910), United States minister to Greece; and an address, circa 1850, by the president of the Dialectic Society, University of North Carolina.
