Also include papers of Lewis Holladay (1751-1820) of "Bellefonte," Spotsylvania County, Va., consisting of correspondence, 1786- 1819; account books, 1781-1818, and loose accounts, 1772-1820, in part concerning horse breeding; accounts kept as Overseer of the Poor for Spotsylvania County, Va., 1784-1800; miscellaneous papers of the 16th Infantry Regiment, Virginia Militia, 1788-1809; slave lists, 1800-1817; and estate papers.
