Young (1874-1962) graduated from St. Lawrence University (SLU), Class of 1894; lawyer on board of directors of General Electric; founder of Radio Corporation of America; and member of the SLU Board of Trustees, 1912-1934, resigning in 1934 to become a regent of the University of the State of New York.
