Div. vacationing on the Rhine River. Part 4, Alben Barkley presides as Col. Thielen and Adm. Inglis testify before a Sen. committee investigating Pearl Harbor. Adm. Kimmel and Gee Short are present. President Truman, British Prime Minister Attlee, and Canadian Prime Minister King announce that the U.S. will keep the secret of the atomic bomb.
