Osborne, W. A. (William Alexander), 1873-1967
Variant namesProfessor Osborne was Dean of the Faculty of Medicine,University of Melbourne, 1929-1938 and Professor Emeritus from 1938. He was a keen collector and had a large private library. In 1957 he donated to the Library some volumes of Americana and material relating to the French Revolution.
