Biographical notes:

Samuel Beall was a merchant of Williamsburg, Va. His son Norborne Beall Booth emigrated to Jefferson County, Ky., ca. 1802, to manage land purchased by his father and John May. The Booth family resided in Meade County, Ky. and Leavenworth, Ind.
