Civil War letters of William H. Collins to family including two to "Dear Lillie". Five letters of Jesse R. Grant to Isaac. One letter of Orville Grant to Isaac. One letter of Roscoe Conkling to Isaac re: committee to enquire into Indian trust funds. Copies of speeches by Isaac, including "Why Grant should be Elected President". A report written by Isaac on the Union Pacific railroad. A number of letters, 1818, 1827-1846, of a Collinsville widow, Catherine Herzog, aunt of William H. Collins, to her brother Michael Baker in Pennsylvania discussing family and business matters, the Collins family and Collinsville, her children and requests for goods from the east. In one she gives a vivid account of Sac and Fox Indian attack and the outcome. In another she talks of the death of William B. Collins.
