Resolution : Congress of the United States, in the House of Representatives, 1807 Jan. 16.

The original resolution was introduced by John Randolph, which was accepted with amendments. Macon prepared this document to register his approval of the resolution as amended. The intent of the resolution was apparently in opposition to the Burr Conspiracy.
