This small envelope contains 8 photoprints. They show construction workers with pipes and in ditches where they were placing the pipes. The envelope also contains views of camp quarters of the Eastern Colorado Power Company and their concrete pipe construction yards. The photos relate to the construction of a 36" reinforced concrete gravity pipeline, 11.7 miles long, which reached from the Barker Reservoir to Kossler Reservoir.
