Negotiation Now! was a national citizens' campaign for new initiatives to end the war in Vietnam by means of massive petitioning; later known as the National Committee for a Political Settlement in Vietnam. Clark Kerr was born in Reading, Pennsylvania on May 17, 1911 to Samuel W. and Caroline (Clark) Kerr. He married Catherine (Kitty) Spaulding in Los Angeles, California in 1934, and they had three children: Clark Edgar, Alexander William, and Caroline Mary.
