Saying he has chosen the Pilgrimage from [Wagner's] Tannhäuser, [Weber's] Oberon, and Sullivan's Merry Wives of Windsor music, adding that the pieces with orchestral accompaniment are Mendelssohn's G-minor concerto, a work for violin, "Hear ye Israel" and "Ocean thou mighty monster, "So fare thee well" from Celliers's Doris, etc.
