Records of a hardwood veneer and plywood company in northwestern Wisconsin and of its subsidiaries and associated companies, Splicedwood Corporation, Chequamegon Forest Products, and F.A. MacDonald Co. Also included is material from founder M.C. McIver's activities in conservative political organizations and manufacturers associations which document their anti-Communist ideas, opposition to unions, and efforts to affect national trade policy and limit the importation of Japanese plywood.
