Letter, 1812 November 22.

Letter to General Henry Dearborn regarding the recruitment of militia troops to replace those under his command whose tours of duty had expired. Brown makes some suggestions as to how additional troops could be recruited. He also comments on the promotion of several subordinate offices. Written at Ogdensburgh, N.Y.
