Eisenhower greeting two men and going in. Cut to, Vice Pres Nixon and Vice Pres-elect Johnson leaving White House entrance followed by Senator Carl Hayden and Robert McCormack. Mrs. Eisenhower, Mrs. Kennedy and unidentified escort. President-Elect Kennedy, President Eisenhower, Sen. John J. Sparkman, Speaker Sam Rayburn leave for inauguration. Cars leave White House grounds; spectators. CU, Seal of the President. Tilt up to Seal of the U S (fog at end). Pres.
