Hannah Foster Reeve was a Quaker minister from southwestern New Jersey. She was born to William Foster and Hannah (Core) Foster on the June 7, 1734, New Style (27 3rd month, Old Style), the third daughter out of twelve children. In 1765 she married Mark Reeve, son of Joseph Reeve of the township of Fairfield. Hannah Foster Reeve was a member of Upper Evesham Monthly Meeting. She died August 6, 1813.
