Magnolia Petroleum Company

The Magnolia Petroleum Company, founded as an unincorporated joint-stock association on 24 April 1911 and headquartered in Texas, was a consolidation of several earlier companies. In 1959 it merged into what is now Mobile Oil Corporation.
