Biographical notes:

Henry Ellenbogen (1900-1985) served in the United States House of Representatives from 1932-1938 as a representative from the 33rd Congressional District. He resigned from Congress to take a position on the bench of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas and rose to the rank of President Judge of that court in 1963.
