James Cooper was a Quaker minister from Gloucester County, New Jersey. He was born on the 7th day of the 2nd month, 1754 to James and Deborah Cooper. Cooper was a member of Woodbury Monthly Meeting. He died on the 1st day of the 8th month, 1819.
