Biographical notes:
Fidelity Mutual Savings Bank of Spokane, WA. The bank was founded in 1907 as a building loan by Hugh L. McWilliams. In later years, his son, Frank, and grandson, Ed, were presidents of the Bank. In 1982 the Bank merged with First Interstate of Washington under an FDIC-assisted merger.
