William thanks Markham for his kind thoughts on "Democracy". He is sending Markham a copy under Carrie Jacobs-Bonds. It was selected by the committee as the best out of more than a dozen. The Wisconsin School Journal asked if William had more poems he was selling to publish. This could lead to a book. Hoped that everyone was well and hoped to see everyone at Beachwood during the summer.
