Correspondence, blueprint caricatures, maps, ephemera, Health Dept. certificates, and photographs concerning Schneider and his collecting interests. Correspondence relates to Schneider and his collecting. His co-workers are the subjects of the caricatures; one drawing by John T. McCutcheon is present. Letters and a Ft. Bowie muster roll are present from J.P. Widney, U.S. Army Surgeon, from Fort Bowie, Ariz. and Drum Barracks, Calif., to his family between1867 and 1868. Emphemeral materials consist of Tucson promotional brochures and calling cards of local citizens. Also present is a collection of materials about Gay Alley, the location of many Tucson prostitutes, 1910 to 1917. These materials include City Health Dept. certificates for various women, a list of the women's names, two street maps of Gay Alley, and sixteen photographs. The photographs are mostly studio portraits, two are casual portraits, and a few show Gay Alley buildings. The Randolph Veteran's Association material includes correspondence to members, group photographs, and information about the organization and its members from 1940 to 1951. There is also biographical material about Epes Randolph.

The collection contains 32 manuscripts arranged in chronological order. The bulk of the manuscripts are chapter drafts from Widney's book, The three Americas: their racial past. These manuscripts are arranged in chapter order. The text describes migration to North and South America, their racial makeup, and asserts that the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa form a federation based upon their common Anglo-Saxon ancestry. There are two manuscripts from Widney's book, The genesis and evolution of Islam and Judeo-Christianity. The remaining manuscripts include a poem by Widney and excerpts from a speech. The collection also includes 10 items of ephemera: five photographs of Widney and five photographs of a bust of his likeness installed in the Auditorium Room of the Los Angeles County Medical Association building in 1937

The collection consists of 6240 black-and-white and color photographs, pen and ink drawings, and postcards, 1412 black-and-white and color negatives, 2606 black-and-white and color slides, and ephemeral materials, 1898-1982 (bulk 1920s-1930s). The Automobile Club of Southern California collected the materials, and they form a general photographic reference collection as well as a broad visual survey of topics of interest to California motorists. Included are images of sites in North and Central America (with an emphasis on California), Europe, the Pacific Islands, and portraits, as well as images related to other subjects of interest to the Club's membership. The manuscript, written by Molony, deals with the medical history of Los Angeles, California including details about USC's College of Medicine, various hospitals in the area, and prominent physicians including Walter Jarivs Barlow and Joseph Pomeroy Widney. For the manuscript, Dr. Molony conducted interview with Dr. Edgar F. Mauer and Dr. E. Richmond Ware. The two volumes contain three typed drafts of the manuscript (two with handwritten edits) and typescripts of the interviews Molony conducted with Mauer and Ware. Also included are five magnetic tape reels of reminiscences by William R. Molony and interviews with various other people.
