Schneider, Gustav van Hemert, 1885-1951.
Engineer, local historian, and mapmaker; worked for Southern Pacific Railroad from 1903 to 1948 in Tucson, Ariz. Previously worked for Arizona Eastern Railroad Co. He served as secretary for the Epes Randolph Veteran's Association; a group formed by men who worked for Epes Randolph on the old Randolph Railroad lines in Mexico, later part of the Southern Pacific Railway system.
