The Art-Union of Philadelphia selected records, microfilmed on Reel 3656, contain 11 issues of the <emph render="italic">Philadelphia Art Union Reporter</emph> (1851-1852), the Art-Union's official publication which published the charter, by-laws, lists of officers and exhibitions, sales from the gallery, listings of artists' cards, and other general information relating to the Art-Union; as well as 2 volumes of the "Transactions of the Philadelphia Art Union" (1848-1849), which include proceedings of annual meetings, constitution and by-laws, announcements of meetings, information on awards and prices, and lists of certificate holders. Also included on Reel P90 are annual and biennial reports (1882-1888) from the Board of Managers.
