This collection contains autographs of approximately 20 American artists dating between 1837-1860. The autographs appear on letters, sketches, drawings, watercolors, business cards, and postcards. Many of the letters are addressed to members of the Pratt family of Brooklyn, NY who founded and operated the Pratt Institute.
