Proceedings of a court of enquiry [sic] ... 1811 April 5.

Order convening board of inquiry to discover the cadets who had damaged cadet barracks signed by Gratiot. Cobb and Partridge who sat on the board presided over by E.D. Wood, questioned the legality of convening such a board. Wood adjourned the court noting the above objection on the verso of the order.
