A copy of an essay in the form of a dialogue betwwen a councillor of state and a justice of the peace on the summoning of Parliament addressed as a personal memorandum to King James I. The work was written after the Parliament of 1614. Also includes six miscellaneous essays on the antiquity of the English Parliament and legal documents.
