Scott Brown New Testament : manuscript, [ca. 1300].

A parchment miniscule codex of the late 13th century complete with the exception of the Apolcalypse. The codex appears to consist primarily of two separate productions, one a tetraevangelion and the other a Praxa postolos. The hands in the two sections are distinct but appear to be contemporary. The quires of text are independently numbered in Greek numerals. Includes: Synaxarion and Menologion lectionary headings; Ammonian section numbers in the tetraevangelion; Kephalia tables; rare carmine marginal initials and polychrome headpieces.

1 v. ; 21 x 16 cm.
