Don Luis Terrazas (1829-1923) was born José Louis Gonzaga Jesús Daniel Terrazas Fuentas in Chihuahua, Mexico, on July 20, 1829. He was a Mexican politician, businessman, rancher, and soldier, and prominent figure in the state of Chihuahua during the Mexican Revolution.
