Harold Morris (1890-1964), pianist, composer, and educator, was born in San Antonio, Texas, and graduated from the University of Texas in 1910. He earned his master's degree from the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music in 1922. A renowned soloist and recitalist, Morris toured frequently and had many of his compositions performed.
