Joseph Love, Inc. was one of the largest manufacturers of young girl's clothing in the world. Founder Joseph Love (1891-1971) started his career as an office boy and salesman at the garment manufacturing firm Stein Moss & Co. After serving in the Army during World War I, he started his own childrenswear manufacturing firm and served as board chairman from 1920 to 1971.
