Contains correspondence and other records relating to the administration of the Consortium (based at the Center for International Affairs at Harvard University). Records are grouped in four parts, the first three arranged chronologically. Boxes 1-11 contain correspondence, memos, records relating to arrangements for food and lodging for seminars, publicity, announcements, mailing lists, legal forms, grant records, and ledger pages. Boxes 12-13 contain files concerning fellowship, professorship, visiting scholar and chair searches and appointments, including curriculum vitae, biographical information, application requests, guidelines, and correspondence. Boxes 14-15 contain personal files on faculty and Consortium members. Box 16 contains records, correspondence, and reports regarding other programs and institutions that study U.S.-Canada relations.
