Land grants, 1735-1806, of the Richardson family; including plats drawn for of Rene Richburgh; plat; 7 Sept. 1745, for Richard Richardson in Prince Frederick's Parish showing "a path to Wateree Township from Richmond alias Hearns Bluff"; signed document, 1 July 1763, by Egerton Leigh, Surveyor General in St. Mark's Parish; fragment of record of plat on Santee River adjoining Richard Richardson's plat showing "Lower Falls." Land conveyances, 15 Apr. 1773 and 5 Oct. 1784, from Thomas and John Davis to Richardson family; and affidavits, 1880, in regard to timber and logging claims by the Santee River Cypress Lumber Company to properties identified as: " Fiscal," "James," "Old Home," and "Woodland" plantations.
