Joseph M. Kellogg received his Bachelors degree in Architecture in 1909 and his Masters degree in Architecture in 1912 from Cornell University. Samuel Partridge settled in Hatfield, Mass. in 1687 and during the next fifty years became one of the most influential men in western Massachusetts. Among many undertakings, he served in several of the French and Indian Wars, was a judge of the probate court, and a member of his Majesty's Council.
