Granger-Phelps agreements, 1810-1816.

Agreements between Granger and Oliver Phelps' son and grandson, settling the open business between Granger and Oliver Phelps when Phelps died in 1809. Oliver L. Phelps (1775-1813) and Oliver Phelps (1796-1872) served as the executors of their respective fathers' estates. The agreements concern land in Western New York and Geauga County, Ohio.
