Manuscript, on paper, in a professional Italic hand, of Lord Mulgrave's pamphlet criticizing both James II and William III. Written in early 1689, the work summarizes errors made by both men during the Glorious Revolution and concludes with the "Author's Observations," which include a detailed examination of the ways in which "a Protestant Party, in the very Exercise of Reformation, through their fears of Popery ... fall into the very Errors they charge upon the Papists."
