The collection consists of materials related to Tom Cochrun's investigative reporting. It includes research files, interviews, notes, photographs, and film footage. Series 1 contains Ku Klux Klan investigative materials for the documentary "Klan" as well as a copy of the program itself. Series 2 contains materials related to Cold War intelligence and international espionage. Series 3 contains Cochrun's special investigations into Indianapolis issues, public housing, abuse victims, and news stories that Cochrun filmed during his work at WTHR.
