The collection contains a photograph of the Julio painting of Generals Lee and Jackson annotated "Lee & Jackson on their Horses--Traveller as he looked in Feby 1862, when Gen R.E. Lee purchased him of me. Thos. L. Broun" together with a fragment of an article on Traveller by Broun (a U. Va. alumnus) autographed by him to the University of Virginia in 1908. The collection also contains a Bohn engraving of Gessner Harrison (heavily foxed); and a framed print of Edgar Allan Poe (head and shoulders). Also a plaque "Gift of the Class of 1940," a coat of arms with castles and lions quartered; and framed portraits of Pocahontas and Captain John Smith.
