Letter, Carr's brook, Martha Jefferson Terrell Minor to Dabney Carr Terrell, Louisville (Ky.) [manuscript] 1823 Jan. 22.

Minor sends her brother news of family and friends including Thomas Jefferson who had recently broken an arm and Thomas Mann Randolph, Jr. who was to be tendered a public dinner at the close of his gubernatorial term. With the letter is a lock of hair originally enclosed in an 1802 letter to Lucy Carr Terrell, the mother of Dabney and Martha [1 item].
