Letter to Jasper Yeates, Lancaster [manuscript], 1773 July 15.

Smith writes in re to a legal dispute re the survey, purchase, sale, and previous ownership of land, to be heard in Carlisle Court, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. He contends that a Captain Sharpe is due payment from John and Paul Immel, and reviews the history of the tract and his own involvement.
