Thomas Nelson Jr. (December 26, 1738 – January 4, 1789) was an American soldier and statesman from Yorktown, Virginia, and is considered one of the U.S. Founding Fathers. John Paradise was born in Greece where his father was serving as British consul. He was educated at the University of Padua, but spent most of his life in London. Nathaniel Burwell (1750-1814) was the son of Carter and Lucy Grymes Burwell. He attended the College of William and Mary between 1759 and 1772. He married twice, first to Susannah Grymes and after her death to Lucy Page Baylor. Both unions produced eight children.
