Figure and mural painter; New York, N.Y. and Washington, Conn. Born Harry Siddons, Alexandria, Egypt. Adopted by his uncle George M. Mowbray. Graduated from West Point in 1875. Three years later, he studied painting under Bonnat in Paris. He has mural decorations in the residences of J.P. Morgan and F.W.
