The Charles E. Prince Scrapbook contains newspaper clippings relating to Prince's work in Alaska for the Bureau of Entomology and Plant Quarantine. Subjects of the clippings include travel, air routes, the Alaska Highway, agriculture in Alaska, and construction of the Fairbanks, Alaska, airport. The scrapbook also includes six photographs of the terminasl building and customs area at Ladd Field, Prince and other personnel, and a greenhouse at Circle, Alaska.

Charles E. Prince was Plant Inspector in Charge for the Fairbanks, Alaska, office of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Bureau of Entomology and Plant Quarantine.
