Speech, March 28, 1984, written by Romney, supporting Jack Lousma as the most qualified of four candidates for the fall 1984 election for the position of U.S. Congressman from Mich. Romney praised Lousma as having the most space age and computer experience, which Romney felt was necessary for the future of Mich.'s economy. The notes are printed in capital letters in ink on three pages of a spiral-bound notebook. The rest of the 24 pages are empty.
