Amelia Alderson Opie letters, 1834-1851.

The collection consists of two letters: to Samuel Carter Hall, 7 Jan. 1825, responding to a letter of his upon her return from Scotland, with news of her travels and responses to issues raised in his letter; to Sarah Driver, 2 June 1851, asking after Harriet Rice, and offering news of mutual friends, Eliza and Anna Bell.
