Civic activist and consultant Judy Hart graduated from Cornell University (A.B. 1963) and Goddard College (M.A. 1976). Part of a neighborhood group opposing placement of a power plant in a Boston residential neighborhood, she later worked as a relocation specialist for the state of Massachusetts and the Federal Highway Administration (1968-1975).
