Daybooks, 1795-1850.

This collection consists of four volumes of Henry L. Parkhurst's daybooks dating from 1795-1850. The daybook entries are chronological and detail the product sold and the cost for each transaction. Parkhurst sold flax, cartloads of wood, potatoes, corn, calfskin, Indian meal, oats and a number of other products. He also kept brief notes describing individual cattle, how many he owned, and when they went out to pasture.
