Omar Blair papers, 1939-2004. [manuscript].

Includes materials regarding the Denver Board of Education from 1973-1985 (minutes, photographs, papers, and reports). The collection also includes material on the Tuskegee Airmen (videotapes, awards and papers) and personal papers which include information on the Martin Luther King Day Celebration of 1986 and the Blair family. Photographs of Blair's family are included as well as trophies, plaques and certificates awarded to Blair in recognition of his service to the community. Nine items in the collection are on display throughout the Blair-Caldwell Library.

At Harris Neck, Georgia, in the remote northern reaches of McIntosh County, the United States government, in the fall of 1942, confiscated the lands along the South Newport and Barbour Island Rivers.
