Board of Health forms filled out by Rev. W.P. Baker, Cumberland Presbyterian Church minister at Hillsboro, Illinois, for the marriages he performed. Gives full name of bride and groom as well as their place of residence, date of birth, full name of mother and father, number of prior marriages, maiden name of bride if previously married, groom's occupation, name of witnesses and date of marriage.
