This collection also includes files from two separate organizations: South End Garden Project, and the Massachusetts Food and Agriculture Coalition (MassFAC).

Boston Urban Gardeners began in 1976 as a voluntary association of community leaders and garden organizers from the South End and Jamaica Plain sections of Boston, and from Roxbury.
