Herbert Jaffa papers, 1962-1993.

This collection of the personal papers of Herbert Jaffa, New York University Professor Emeritus, contains correspondence with fellow Australian writers, A.D. Hope, Kenneth Slessor, John Tranter, Les Murray, and Judith Wright, among others. The collection documents Jaffa's involvement in The Australian Information Service of the Australian Consulate and encouragement of the Australian literature curriculum at New York University.
